Refund and Returns Policy

Please note that we sell to businesses only.

We do not accept standard returns of products that are not defective.
Only products that are:
	•	Defective
	•	Delivered incorrectly

will be replaced free of charge.

How to request a replacement:
	1.	Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at info@payatt.store.
	2.	Describe the defect or issue and attach photos if possible.
	3.	We will confirm whether the product is eligible for a replacement.
	4.	Replacement will be sent as a new product. We cover shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Important:
	•	Standard products cannot be returned.
	•	Returns should be in the original packaging if possible.
